For Customer Content processed on your instructions, you decide the purposes, legal grounds, and scope of processing. You remain responsible for handling data subject requests, notices, consent records, retention choices, and lawful use of uploaded personal data.

For limited account, billing, security, and service administration data needed to operate the service, LabelOp may process that data under the LabelOp name.
